SOLIDSKIP LLC — PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: October 1, 2025
Revision Date: October 1, 2025
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes how SolidSkip LLC (“SolidSkip,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, retains, and protects client data.
1. Information We Collect
a. Information You Provide:
• Contact details (e.g., name, email, phone, business name).
• Subscription details (service tier, preferences).
• Billing information (processed by third-party processors; SolidSkip does not store payment details).
• Uploaded property lists and related files used for skip tracing.
Uploaded property lists are used solely for skip-tracing and data-append services. SolidSkip LLC is not a consumer-reporting agency and does not provide consumer reports as defined under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
b. Information Collected Automatically:
• Website activity via cookies (IP address, pages visited, session data).
• Browser and device identifiers.
2. How We Use Information
We use client and operational data to:
• Provide and fulfill skip tracing services.
• Process invoices and payments.
• Communicate about accounts, services, and promotions.
• Improve website performance, operational efficiency, and client support.
• Maintain legal, billing, and business records.
SolidSkip LLC does not use, compile, or retain any client-submitted data or skip-traced results to create or maintain independent databases, marketing lists, or data repositories. All data processing is performed solely for the specific client request that generated the input file. Retained information, if any, is maintained only for internal compliance, audit, or quality-assurance purposes and deleted within three (3) months unless required by law to be retained longer.
3. Sharing of Information
SolidSkip LLC does not sell, rent, license, or resell any client data or skip-traced results. Data may be shared only with authorized service providers under confidentiality agreements who assist in providing SolidSkip’s skip tracing services (e.g., secure hosting, payment processing, and data transmission).
SolidSkip does not publicly disclose, advertise, or solicit based on the identity of any third-party data vendors or systems used in its processing. This confidentiality is required under our vendor and reseller agreements. No representation or solicitation is made that SolidSkip operates on or resells any specific third-party platform.
SolidSkip may process or reuse de-identified or previously processed property data solely when it contains no client-identifying information and remains current and accurate for service efficiency.
4. Data Storage & Security
Client data and results are stored in secure, access-controlled systems for up to three (3) months after delivery, unless a shorter period is required by law or deletion is requested sooner. After that period, all files are permanently deleted.
Aggregated, de-identified data may be retained indefinitely for internal analytics and system improvement. SolidSkip employs commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect client data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.
No client or results data is reused or resold outside of SolidSkip’s internal systems for compliance and quality control. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
5. Cookies & Analytics
Cookies are used to enhance website functionality and improve user experience. Cookies may collect IP address, session duration, and browsing activity. Clients may disable cookies in their browser settings, though some website features may not function properly. Cookies are not connected to skip-tracing files or client-provided datasets.
6. Access & Control of Data
Clients may request to:
• Access personal or business information we hold.
• Update or correct data on file.
• Delete their account and related data, subject to billing and record-keeping obligations.
Verified deletion requests will be honored within ten (10) business days, subject to applicable law. Requests should be sent to info@solidskip.com.
7. Communications
SolidSkip communicates with clients via email for billing, account notices, and service-related correspondence. File transfers may be conducted through approved secure channels such as encrypted email or private Slack.
Clients consent to transactional communications related to their services. Promotional emails may be opted out of via the “unsubscribe” link or by contacting info@solidskip.com.
8. Retention of Data
SolidSkip retains client-submitted input files and skip-traced output results in its secure, access-controlled systems for up to three (3) months after delivery, unless a shorter period is required by law or deletion is requested sooner. This retention period applies only to SolidSkip’s internal storage and operational systems.
Clients remain the owners of their results and may retain, store, or use their delivered data indefinitely for lawful business purposes. SolidSkip does not impose any time limit on how long clients may keep or use the data once it has been delivered.
Aggregated, de-identified data (which contains no client-identifying information) may be retained indefinitely by SolidSkip for internal analytics, compliance auditing, and service improvement.
After the internal retention period expires, SolidSkip permanently deletes all client-specific files and may decline to return archived data. Deleted data cannot be restored. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own copies of any results files delivered.
9. Compliance, DNC Services & Data Restrictions
SolidSkip LLC complies with all applicable data privacy and protection laws, including but not limited to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), Driver’s Privacy Protection Act (DPPA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Do-Not-Call (DNC) regulations, Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), and the California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA where applicable.
SolidSkip LLC is not a consumer-reporting agency and does not provide consumer reports. All data returned is intended solely for lawful skip tracing and contact identification related to real estate investment, wholesaling, or related professional use.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their use of SolidSkip’s services and results complies with all applicable laws, including privacy, telemarketing, and DNC restrictions. SolidSkip expressly disclaims any liability arising from client misuse of data.
