  • Credits are used based on the information returned for each property record.
    A credit is only used when we successfully return a match in the category you selected.

    • One credit is used for phone numbers if at least one phone number is returned

    • One credit is used for email if at least one email is returned

    • One credit is used for demographic information if at least one demographic attribute is returned

    • If nothing is returned in a category, no credit is used for that category

    A single record can use up to three (3) credits total if you select phone numbers, email, and demographics
    Variations inside a category (mobile vs. landline, household vs. individual, filters, etc.) do not affect credit usage

    This structure ensures you only use credits when you receive the data you request.

      • income, home value, mortgage, auto make / model

    • Lifestyle & Interests

      • hobbies, purchasing habits, health, travel, sports

    • Political & Donor

      • party affiliation and charitable cause categories

  • Our data is sourced from multiple verified providers and refreshed regularly. We deliver the most accurate match available for each record based on the information you submit. While no skip-tracing service can guarantee a match every time, our system prioritizes the highest-quality results available.

  • Yes.

    You can choose mobile only, landline only, or multiple phone numbers. The option you choose does not affect how many credits you use. Whether we return one number or several, it always uses one credit for the phone category as long as at least one match is found.

  • No.

    The price does not change based on the options you select. Selecting more categories (phone, email, demographics) may use more credits per record, but choosing different match settings or filters within a category does not affect your cost.
