How credits work

  • Meaning of a Credit: One credit equals one successfully matched record (also called a “match credit”). A credit is only used when we return the contact information you’ve requested (phone, email, demographics, etc.) for a record in your list.

  • Monthly subscriptions: Credits reset each month; unused credits do not roll over.

  • Overage: If you use more than your included credits, overage is billed at your plan’s per‑record rate.

Credits are available up front and expire one (1) year from the subscription date.

OVERAGES POLICY

  • Overages are billed on the first business day following the end of the subscription month.

  • Overages are charged per credit at the same rate as your plan’s per-credit cost.

  • Clients may advance their next subscription period early if they exceed their allowance.

  • Consistent early usage (e.g., exhausting monthly credits within a week) may prompt a recommendation to upgrade to a higher tier.

  • For Set Allowance plans (S1–S3), overages are billed at the per-credit rate of the last submitted file that exceeded the allowance.

  • Once credits are fully used, clients may start a new allowance or switch to a monthly plan.

DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONAL PRICING

SolidSkip may offer discounts or promotional pricing at its sole discretion.
All discounts are subject to the following terms:

  • Discounts apply only to the specific plan and term stated at the time of purchase.

  • Promotional pricing remains valid for the full paid term of the plan.

  • Future renewals revert to standard pricing unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Discounts are non-transferable, non-cumulative, and cannot be combined with other offers.

  • SolidSkip reserves the right to modify or discontinue discounts with fifteen (15) days’ notice, please see full Terms & Conditions for details.

NOTES

  • Credits do not roll over between billing cycles.

  • Custom credit allowance and timeframe is available by negotiation.

  • Pricing is subject to change with fifteen (15) days’ notice in accordance with the SolidSkip LLC Terms & Conditions.

  • Final pricing and credit quantities are confirmed at the time of invoicing.
